This is the lease of a resource from Tactics to you or your business for a predetermined period of time, project and/or salary at a skills matrix and/or time defined by the client.
This resource and/or project are defined by the client and Tactics shall employ this resource for set period of time. During this time the resource shall form part of the client’s team and infrastructure. This resource can and should be regarded as an employee of the client with regards to reporting and activities.
The resource shall also have access to many other resources from tactics should the project require this. Advantages of Undersourcing is that the contract can be pre-negotiated, the resources and pull from a resource pool employed by tactics. Tactics has many a high level relationships with many companies in the IT sector of South Africa. Such relationships are of greater benefit to the client and the resource placed by tactics ensuring you that we can meet your expectations
