Red24

Red24 has expanded to a growth point that the current multitudes of installation of various open source solutions are causing more maintenance issues than productivity enablers. This client has been experiencing fundamental migration challenges that have radically slowed ICT technology adaption into the environment.

By acquiring the Microsoft License expertise of tactics, we have managed to assist Red24 in a solid Microsoft foundation strategy moving forward. With the recommendations of tactics we have consolidated their current license agreement with Microsoft, assisted in the acquisition of consulting vouchers and training voucher from their formulated agreement constructed by tactics.

This has resulted in the formation of what was a historically a capital expenditure into and discounted OpEx planned budgetary expense. This now can be controlled and managed to better suit both the ICT department and the business budgetary planning.
